Region Selector
This website requires you to select a region from one of the following:
- Canada ($CAD)
- USA ($USD)
- Europe (EURO)
- International ($USD)
You can change your region at any time by clicking on the region selector in the menu bar. This region selection will default your currency (which you can override if you want to compare in a different currency), and will automatically enable / disable certain shipping options.
If you are not in Canada, any custom dolls will be shipped directly to you from the factory in China - this is called "Expedite / Dropship". The doll will not ship to Canada first for inspection. This also means that our accessory items, stocked in Toronto, can't be added to your order.
To order small items not normally available for your region, please e-mail us and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes always FREE for Canadian Shipment
At Sex Doll Canada, for all orders in Canada, our company is the importer of record and we handle and pay for all customs and duties directly.
Should you decide to order your doll direct to you from the factory ("Expedite / Dropship"), if you are in Canada, we will also request to have our company remain as the importer of record. However, if by some error you are asked to pay for customs & duties during your "Expedite / Dropship" delivery, just contact us right away and we will take care of it for you direct with the courier.
As a Canadian company, you'll also notice that we charge Canadian sales tax (destination based, depending on your province) for all Canadian sales. But keep in mind that our prices already include Customs & Duties, so you won't be double charged.
Delivery Times
In-Stock Items
All in-stock items will ship between 0-2 business days after payment is received. Expedited options are available, including pick-up and a faster courier service (additional fees). Currently, our in-stock items are only sold within Canada, and to the USA (for an additional fee - visit our In-Stock Shipping to USA page for current pricing, and make sure to add this to your cart when purchasing an In-Stock doll).
All Other Items
Delivery time depends on the manufacturer; however, any item that does not have "In Stock" in the product name will be custom ordered. With some of our manufacturers, we can have product at your door in about two weeks! Browse by Brand using our menu to learn about typical delivery times for each manufacturer.
Expedite / Dropship Option
This option offers our customers the option of receiving their custom doll as fast as possible by by-passing SD Canada, and having it shipped directly to you. Learn more about this option on our Expedite / Dropship page.
Express Drop-shipping to USA, Europe (EU) and United Kingdom (UK)
We also ship custom dolls (not in-stock dolls) to USA, the EU and the UK direct from the manufacturer! This excludes our Pipedream Products. These sales are all final, do not cover our in-stock items, and also does not include any premium gifts. Payment is accepted by credit card or PayPal only.
Free Shipping to USA
Shipping of custom dolls to USA is available at no extra charge. We will reimburse customers up to $150 USD towards their payment of customs and duties upon import, if charged.
Free Shipping to EU
Shipping of custom dolls to certain EU countries is available at no extra charge (list of countries available on Checkout page). We will reimburse customers up to 125€ towards their payment of customs and duties upon import, if charged.
Free Shipping to UK
Shipping of custom dolls to the UK is available at no extra charge. We will reimburse customers up to £100 towards their payment of customs and duties upon import, if charged.
Free Shipping & Customs Clearance to All Canadian Provinces
Orders over $189
All orders over $189 (before applicable taxes, and after discounts have been applied) on Sex Doll Canada destined to any Canadian province receives 100% free shipping and customs clearance. No exceptions!
All items ship from our Toronto location. Small packages under 30 kg will arrive via Canada Post, and heavier shipments via another major courier(delivery within 4-5 business days after acceptance of order).
Orders under $189
All orders under $189 (before applicable taxes, and after discounts have been applied) on Sex Doll Canada destined to any Canadian province will be billed Canada Post rates, or by major courier if available as an option. You'll have different shipping options available for you at checkout, depending on your postal code. These orders all originate from Toronto.
Additional Expediting Options Available for In-Stock Items
If you would like an expedited shipping option for any item coming from "In Stock", please specify this in your order notes and we can provide you with a quote.
We also now have a Curbside Pick-Up location conveniently located in Toronto. Contact Usto arrange all Pick-Ups, or for visits to our Mini Showroom.
Local same day / next day delivery within the Toronto-area can also usually be accommodated. If you don't get a response quick enough, call us!
Shipping to NT, NU and YT Territories
Parcels over 30 kg
Due to the additional shipping fees that we have to incur, shipments weighing over 30 kg destined to the territories will be subject to a $189 + tax surcharge and will ship via Purolator Ground.
Parcels under 30 kg
Shipments weighing under 30 kg destined to the territories will be subject to a $69 + tax surcharge and will ship via Canada Post.
